I Endorse Troy Jackson for U.S. Senate (Maine)

I’m endorsing Troy Jackson for U.S. Senate in Maine.

Troy is a fifth-generation logger from Allagash, a former Maine Senate President, and Bernie Sanders’ 2016 Maine political director — a guy who punched a clock for 80-hour weeks in the woods before spending twenty years in the legislature fighting for universal school meals, lower prescription drug prices, rural health care, and union jobs, all while winning a district that went for Trump three times.

His agenda is a contract with working Mainers: stop the CMP rate hikes, free child care for working families, a public option, a Department of Housing Affordability, and stopping Wall Street from buying up Maine. It’s exactly the politics to retire Susan Collins once and for all.
